Refund policy

We have a no return policy, unless you have a damaged or incorrect item sent to you. If damaged or incorrect item we will get you a new item or the correct item as soon as possible. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase and proof of wrong item sent or damaged item. 

To start a return, you can contact us at aestheticsby.michaelajo@gmail.com. When contacting us send us the proof of purchase and proof of wrong item or damaged item. We will get back to you as soon as possible on next steps.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
