SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Soleil Skyn. We are committed to delivering your premium skincare products efficiently and safely. This Shipping Policy governs all shipments made by Soleil Aesthetics, doing business as Soleil Skyn.
1. PROCESSING TIMES
  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification email once your order has shipped, which will include a tracking number.
  • Please note: High-volume periods, product launches, or seasonal holidays may occasionally extend processing times.
2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES
We ship across the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Standard Shipping: Delivers in 3–7 business days via [USPS / UPS / DHL].
    • Cost: Calculated dynamically at checkout based on package weight and destination.
3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently only ship within the United States and do not offer international shipping.

4. DAMAGED, LOST, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Soleil Aesthetics is not liable for products damaged, lost, or stolen during transit. If you received your order damaged, or if your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
5. WRONG ADDRESS OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is completely accurate and secure.
  • If a package is returned to Soleil Aesthetics due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the items.
